Gurudeva says that “You can’t go into anything with freedom when you need it” Why will we lose our freedom when we need something? When we need something, we generally become attached to it. This attachment shackles us to the object of desire. Sometimes the attachment is so strong that we can’t walk away from wanting it even when we realise that it may not be the best thing for us. Or we may not be able to see the best way in achieving what we want.
Have you ever observed that the more you chase after something the more elusive it is? Try working hard and putting your best efforts towards your goal without desiring the end result. You might be pleasantly surprised how you can achieve more in life.
